Retailers must provide us your tax id or sales id No.. For clubs or any organizations, we provide various discounts. Generally orders must be at least $100.- in total. *In order for us to start producing your order, we must receive your payment of one half of the total money due.
Missouri Residents to add 6.475% Sales Tax
